21.04.2023 Update

List of relevant updates over the last few days:

• Implemented weapon upgrade system
• Weapon 2 reworked and will be reworked again
• Plans for weapon 3 on the way
• More debug menus

There have also been some other changes, though those are subject to change still, thus not listed.
